Robison, Holt place

Sutter High's Tyler Holt and Troy Robison each finished fifth in his weight division at the Advocare Foothill Invitational wrestling tournament in Sacramento on Saturday.

Holt competed at 162 pounds, while Robison wrestled at 215.

The Huskies also sent a team to the Ukiah Tournament were Justin Burrow was second at 127 pounds, while Derek Carothers was third at 147. Other Sutter placers were: Matt Azevedo (105, 4th), Jordan Hilbert (162, 5th) and Jake Orlando (191, 5th).

Corning Invitational

Rusty Hulsey led eight Wheatland High wrestlers with a second-place finish at 142 pounds at the Corning Invitational.

Also placing for the Pirates were: Tommy Mathis (114, 3rd); Andrew Mathis (137, 3rd); Jeff Sellon (147, 4th); Chris Gifford (154, 4th); Alex Pinto (275, 4th); Matt Hulsey (132, 5th); and Matt Farinha (191, 5th).
