What brought you to the Yuba-Sutter area? When I was in high school, my dad relocated from Gridley.

What keeps you in the Yuba-Sutter area? I like the people and the small-town feeling.

What do you like about the area? The fact it is in the center — you can go hunting, fishing, to the beach.

Where would you like to settle down someday? The foothills.

What is the closest you've been to a famous person? Former 49ers quarterback Jeff Garcia before he was famous. My grandparents were friends with his parents.

What would you do with a million dollars? Donate to charity, buy a few things, live off of interest ... start a car collection.

What is your dream car? A 1964 Buick Riviera. People don't think about that one.

Favorite television show: "The Middle."

Who has had a strong influence in your life? My parents, and the owners of this company.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A farmer.

Favorite places to go to in the area? Silver Dollar Saloon and City Cafe.

What is your dream job? Customizing cars — right now I'm working on a 1978 MG Midget.

What would you like to see different in the community? More upscale businesses.

Favorite movie: "Kingpin" with Woody Harrelson.

What is your pet peeve? Bad driving.
