96th Birthday: Accito

Viola Accito of Yuba City, nicknamed “Toots” by her husband, the late Frank Accito, is celebrating her 96th birthday with family at her home.
The celebration is being hosted by her son and daughter-in-law, Gene and Diane Accito of Yuba City.
The longtime Yuba-Sutter resident was born Oct. 13, 1916, in Centerville, Iowa.
A homemaker who also worked in farming with her husband, she has always loved cooking large Italian meals and working in her garden.
Her family includes children Diane Bull and Judy Mitchel of Yuba City, Mariann Luedeman of Livermore and the late Frank James Accito; nine grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
