Beware of young men driving at night

Young adults, ages 21 to 34, tend to drive impaired more than other drivers.
In 2010, that age group was involved in a higher percentage of alcohol-related fatal crashes than any other group.
In December 2010, nearly 78 percent of the alcohol-impaired drivers in fatal crashes were male and nearly half of those drivers registered a blood-alcohol level of nearly twice the legal limit.
Night driving is the most dangerous, with nearly 80 percent of fatal impaired-driving crashes occurring between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m.
