Lifelong Live Oak residents John Joseph and Julie Kristine Bidegain, the former Julie Blaser, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

The couple were married Oct. 21, 1972, at Lake Tahoe and celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by renewing their wedding vows on Feb. 14, 1997, at home with family and close friends.
Both are involved in their family owned and operated business, Cowboy BBQ.
He is also a farmer.
They have three children, Chad Bidegain of Gridley, Monica Hosier of Chico and Sonjia Spector of Santa Rosa.
Their family also includes eight grandchildren.
