Letter: Audio graffiti problem must be addressed

It is time to clean up the audio grafitti in our area.

Thousands of dollars have been spent creating a lovely area for shopping and dining on Plumas Street. However, this nice area is being destroyed by the neighborhood gangsters who drive up and down the street marking their territory with the loud throbbing and banging of car stereos.

A good job has been done cleaning up the visual graffiti in Yuba City; now it is time to launch an all-out attack on the audio graffiti that is polluting our neighborhoods.
