FELONY ARRESTS
Vanroy Patrick Garcia, 38, no address listed, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:43 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 5700 block of Feather River Boulevard, Linda, on suspicion of burglary, forgery, possessing a counterfeit check and possessing forged notes. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
William George Dalton, 39, of Woodland, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 11:12 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 6600 block of Balley Road on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, grand theft, receiving stolen property and damaging a telephone line. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Luis Estrada Gonzalez, 32, of the 200 block of B Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:37 p.m. Aug. 31 at his residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Toni Marie Ballestero, 47, of the 1300 block of D Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:49 p.m. Sept. 1. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Odilon Talavera Aguilar, 22, of the 5500 block of Arboga Road, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:50 p.m. Sept. 1 on Highway 70, north of McGowan Parkway. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Juan Gonzalez Perez, 31, of the 5300 block of Aspen Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3 a.m. Sept. 2 on Highway 70 near Rio Oso Road. He was released on his own recognizance.
Victor Hugo Estrada, 25, of the 700 block of Tarke Road, Meridian, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:17 a.m. Sept. 2 at Franklin Road and George Washington Boulevard, west of Yuba City. He was released on his own recognizance.
Anthony Benjamin Duran Jr., 21, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:02 a.m. Sept. 2 at Ainsley and Woodworth avenues. He was released on his own recognizance.
