Three Cheers Letter: Bank manager saved the day

I would like to thank an individual who went above and beyond to ensure I received the best support from our bank in Marysville.

Reena Davit, the manager of Chase in Marysville, ensured that I received blank checks the same day I called in complaining that I hadn’t gotten my blank check order. I had placed the order much earlier in the month.

Someone had made a mistake in not getting the original order processed, and I was in the process of paying some bills and ran out of checks. I didn’t expect such rapid/immediate service.

More than a sufficient number of blank checks were delivered to my front door that same evening along with a very nice card explaining my new checks were being overnighted to me shortly.

She also said, “Please don’t hesitate to call me for anything.” We received our new checks within the week and I didn’t realize how fortunate my wife and I were to have our banking with such a professional, thoughtful person. Thank you Reena.
