The son of Anna M. and Bill B. Williams of Yuba City, he is a 2011 graduate of River Valley High School of Yuba City.

Jean Harrison Baker graduated from U.S. Navy basic training at the Great Lakes Naval Station in Great Lakes, Ill.
The son of Mark and Eva Baker of Yuba City, he is currently at Fort Meade in Maryland studying journalism and communications.
He is a 2009 graduate of Yuba City High School.
