90th birthday: Pauline Mitchell

Mailed birthday cards from friends and family were part of the 90th birthday celebration held Dec. 30 for longtime Yuba-Sutter resident Pauline Mitchell.
The “card shower” was part of the family luncheon hosted by her daughter, Susan Alexander, in Clipper Mills.
Pauline Mitchell was born Dec. 30, 1922, in Oklahoma. She lived in Sutter for 30 years before settling in Linda 25 years ago.
Her family also includes daughters Margaret Morris of Gridley and the late Nina Sanders; nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
