FELONY ARRESTS
Arturo Manuel Villavincencio, 28, of the 600 block of Queens Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba-Sutter Narcotic Enforcement Team at 8 a.m. Jan. 24 in the 600 block of Queens Avenue on suspicion of possession of marijuana for sale, willfull cruelty to a child, and providing room for manufacturing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Leonardo Prado Alvaro, 23, of the 100 block of Sioc Street, Colusa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:42 a.m. Jan. 25 at Cranmore and Garmire roads, Tisdale. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
