Felony Arrests
Reanna Lynne Hurlbert, 28, of the 1500 block of Pease Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 8:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of Civic Center Boulevard on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Kyle Warren Kirkpatrick, 26, of the 400 block of Ainsley Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 9:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of La Crescenta Court on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Emil Gabriel Copaciu, 34, of the 4000 block of Laurel Lane, District 10, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:30 p.m. at Arboga Road and McGowan Parkway on suspicion of four driving-under-the-influence arrests in four years and misdemeanor driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Stephanie Allisabeth Morris, 25, of the 700 block of Almond Avenue, Linda, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 12:59 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 800 block of Sixth Street on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Mark James Johnson, 52, of the 2000 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:14 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 1400 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Michael Brandon Matlock, 26, of the 300 block of H Street, Marysville, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 1:58 p.m. Jan. 27 in the 300 block of A Street on suspicion of obstructing or resisting an executive officer. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Driving Under the Influence arrests
Robbie Lee Birdsong, 44, of the 1100 block of Joseph Street, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 2:56 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 600 block of Colusa Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Alexis Nicole Gebert, 21, of the 2300 block of Vine Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 2:14 a.m. Jan. 28 in the 600 block of Colusa Avenue. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Nathan Andrew Brewster, 18, of the 1800 block of Andross Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:25 a.m. on Franklin Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Filiberto Ortega, 18, of Grass Valley, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 3:43 p.m. Jan. 27 at Little Cesears. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
