Felony Arrests

Carla Elaine Barnhart, 53, of the 300 block of Harding Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:50 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspcion of burglary. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jessica J. Bruner, 35, of the 600 block of Cassidy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Probation Department at 6:45 a.m. Nov. 6 in the 200 block of Bridge Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

William J. Canning, 22, of the 200 block of Park Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:51 a.m. Nov. 7 at Jones and Teesdale. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
