Felony Arrests
Jennifer L. Jones, 36, of the 7300 block of Washington Street, Sutter, and Janelle C. Foster, 25, of the 1500 block of La Cresenta Court, Yuba City, were arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:45 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 4800 block of Beaver Lane on suspicion of robbery, conspiracy and battery. They were booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Dilbagh S. Thiara, 34, of the 100 block of Twin River Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the NET-5 Task Force at 9:30 p.m. Dec. 6 on Clark Avenue on suspicion of evading police and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Kyle L. Lyon, 25, of the 9500 block of Q Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 1500 block of 11th Avenue, Olivehurst, on suspicion of transporting marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
John A. Arostegui, 55, of the 600 block of Almond Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 8:30 p.m. Dec. 6 on Lincoln Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Rigoberto Sandoval, 32, of the 200 block of Shanghai Bend, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 6 at his home on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
Anthony E. Love Jr., 28, of the 1100 block of Nadene Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:55 p.m. Dec. 6 on Highway 99 on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
