Felony Arrests

Shi'rahn Wesley Reed, 25, of the 500 block of Redwood Avenue, Wheatland, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday by the Wheatland Police Department on the 500 block of Redwood on suspicion of making criminal threats and inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Alberta Manigo, 58, of Sacramento, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Colusa Avenue by the Yuba City Police Department on suspicion of spousal abuse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

John Albert Arostegui, 55, of the 600 block of Almond Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Monday on the 2200 block of Lincoln Road by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a narcotic. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Joseph Wilbert Hubbard III, 41, of the 5900 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. Tuesday by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department on the 5900 block of Garden on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
