Felony Arrests

Andrew S. Miller, 24, of the 1100 block of Willow Glen Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 11:55 p.m. Feb. 12 on Butte House Road on suspicion of controlled substance possession. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Richard Sanchez III, 27, of the 5100 block of Lindhurst Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:48 p.m. Feb. 11 in the 800 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of resisting an executive officer. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jonathan T. Burton, 30, of Redding, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 12 in the 1500 block of Poole Boulevard on suspicion of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Andrew W. Garcia, 30, of the 500 block of Winslow Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4:19 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 1500 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of taking a vehicle without owner consent and receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Antonio E. Evanzia, 41, of the 2400 block of Shelby Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:38 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 100 block of Ninth Street. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Dale A. Heimburger, 24, of the 4300 block of Evelyn Drive, Olivehurst was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 2:05 a.m. Feb. 12 on Olivehurst Avenue. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
