Felony Arrests

Shawn R. Munger, 41, of the 8700 block of South Butte Road, Sutter, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 5:17 p.m. Feb. 27 on North Township Road on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jonathan J. Miller, 24, of the 52000 block of Burr Street, Live Oak, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:23 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 900 block of North Walton Avenue on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Glenn V. Elmore, 58, of Placerville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:06 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Gino J. Bernardino, 20, of the 1700 block of 11th Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:20 a.m. Feb. 28 on Highway 99 on suspicion of pepper-spray weapon possession and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Elizabeth D. Banta, 40, of the 1600 block of Fifth Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:10 p.m. Feb. 27 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Nicholas T. Deblois, 34, of the 1300 block of Hobart Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 2 in the 1100 block of North Beale Road on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.
