FELONY ARRESTS
Jesse Rodriguez, 27, of the 1100 block of Nadene Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:04 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 900 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Duke Allen Ward, 38, of the 2700 block of Hooper Road, Tierra Buena, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:45 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 700 block of Olive Street on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Dennis Eugene Bradford, 47, of the 5800 block of Riverside Drive, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6 at his residence on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Allen Ray Houck, 18, of the 100 block of Johnson Avenue, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:13 a.m. Dec. 6 at B and 12th streets on suspicion of false impersonation and having a gun in a vehicle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Michelle Denise Pennington, 28, of the first block of Via Leona, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:20 p.m. Dec. 6 at Highway 70 and Erle Road. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Rory Thomas Keith, 45, of the 4200 block of Mary Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:40 p.m. Dec. 6 at Fleming Way and Beverly Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
