Police Blotter: Oct. 22, 2008

FELONY ARRESTS

• Israel Hernan Cuevas, 18, of the 1900 block of 14th Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba Countyt Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m Oct. 20 at his residence on Marysville Police Deparment warrants alleging assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Estela Mendez Zendejas, 37, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 20 at the department on suspicion of depriving a child's legal custodian of visitation rights. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Nikolaus Scott Grunder, 19, of Penryn, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Office at 3:48 a.m., Oct. 19 on Highway 20 east of Interstate 5 on suspicion of possession of a deadly weapon, possession of marijuana for sale and transporting more than 28.5 grams of marijuana.

• Kiranjeet Singh Saini, 30, of Eureka, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:22 p.m., Oct. 18 on Highway 20, west of E Street, Williams, on suspicion of willful harm or injury to a child. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Robert Ivan Salyer, 46, of the 1900 block of Highway 20, Colusa, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 2:41 p.m., Oct. 17 at 858 H St., Williams, on suspicion of maliciously destroying property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Donna Sue Prichard, 46, of the 4100 block of Rose Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:45 p.m. Oct. 19 at McGowan Parkway and Rose Avenue. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Cody Edwin Collins, 18, of Santa Rosa, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 19 on southbound Interstate 5. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Narcissa Azevedo-Contreraz, 54, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 19 on Sioc Street, Colusa. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Joana Gayle Ferguson, 42, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:48 a.m., Oct. 19 on Twelfth and Market streets, Colusa. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
