FELONY ARRESTS

• Travis Pruett, 22, of the 16900 block of Halverson Way, Brownsville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department at 12:54 a.m. Aug. 26 at his residence on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Foster Richard Cornelius, 50, of the 700 block of Magnolia Road, District 10, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:15 p.m. Aug. 25 on Highway 70 north of Woodruff Lane, District 10, on suspicion of causing injury by driving under the influence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Amber Mae Austin, 27, of the 1200 block of Rosemary Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11 a.m. Aug. 26 at her residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Janessa Linea Sanders, 28, of the 1200 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department at 3:10 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 1900 block of McCune Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Luis Mariano Ortiz, 21, of the 1800 block of 16th Street, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 1000 block of B Street on suspicion of felony elder abuse and misdemeanor battery of a former spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Landon Ray Stage, 32, of the 3300 block of Arbor Way, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department at 10:30 p.m. Aug. 25 at Musgrave and Collier avenues on suspicion of vandalism and possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jefferson Davis Pendergrass, 18, of the 1600 block of Calistoga Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 1:20 a.m. Aug. 26 in the 200 block of F Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Timothy Shane Reynolds, 48, of the 2100 block of Shady Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:21 p.m. Aug. 25 at Third and F streets. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• David Fuaoletalale Mamae, 38, of the 5600 block of North Gledhill Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8 p.m. Aug. 25 at North Beale Road and Feather River Boulevard, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Vicente Rodriguez, 27, of Los Angeles, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:52 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 1200 block of I Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
