FELONY ARRESTS

• Jeremy Douglas Clingman, 21, of the 6200 block of Alberta Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10 a.m. Jan. 25 in the first block of Via Grande, Olivehurst, on suspicion of burglary. He was booked in to Yuba County Jail.

• Andrew Ray Kirk, 18 of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, and Elias Robert Stearns, 19, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, were arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:22 p.m. Jan. 25 at the 200 block of D Street, Marysville, on suspicion of burglary, criminal conspiracy and petty theft with prior. They were booked in to Yuba County Jail.

• Jessica Maria Carpenter, 35, of the 1000 block of Marsha Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 8:34 a.m. Jan. 25 at the 800 block of Third Street, Marysville, on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance and driving under the influence. She was booked in to Yuba County Jail.

• Tyrone Derrill James, 22, of Linwood, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:45 p.m. Jan. 25 at the 10th Street bridge on suspicion of marijuana for sale. He was booked in to Yuba County Jail.

• Joseph Larue Hardy, 45, of the 1200 block of Gavin Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:43 a.m. Jan. 26 at Ninth and E streets on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse and threats to commit a crime. He was booked in to Yuba County Jail.

• William Leslie Bowman, 53, of Bangor, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:45 a.m. Jan. 25 for driving under the influence with injury and accident hit and run with injury. He was booked in to Sutter County Jail.

• Mohammad Anwar Pirzad, 49, of Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 p.m. Jan. 25 at the intersection of Orange Street and Forbes Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Carrie Ann Jacobs, 35, of the 900 block of Huston Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 2:34 a.m. Jan. 25 at 19th and E streets. She was booked on to Yuba County Jail.

• Virginia Mendoza Herrera, 26, of Woodland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:15 a.m. Jan. 26 at Highway 99 and Howsley Road, Yuba City. She was booked in to Sutter County Jail.

• Jill Stewart Zoppi, 64, of the 2600 block of Gillespie, Live Oak, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:22 p.m. Jan. 25 at Acacia Way and Butte Street, Yuba City. She was booked in to Sutter County Jail.
