FELONY ARRESTS

• Ricky Lee Guerrero, 18, of the 700 block of 11th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:47 a.m. Feb. 25 at Ninth and H streets on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Joe Daniel Rodriguez, 21, of the 800 block of Jones Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:18 p.m. Feb. 24 at his residence on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Robert Thomas Simmons, 58, of the 5900 block of Turner Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:45 p.m. Feb. 24 on Oswald Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Kerry Lynn Davey, 30, of the first block of Oak Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 1:56 p.m. Feb. 23 at her residence. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Amber Raven Williams, 23, of Oroville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:18 p.m. Feb. 22 on northbound Interstate 5 south of E Street, Williams. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.
