FELONY ARRESTS

• Shawn Kirk Wishteyah, 36, no address listed, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 9:35 p.m. May 3 on East 22nd Street, Marysville, on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kevin Lee Brolliar, 40, of the 1400 block of Railroad Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 3:45 a.m. May 4 on McClatchy Road near the east Sutter Bypass on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, driving under the influence, and carrying false vehicle registration. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Donald Robert Milner, 48, of the 1500 block of Adams Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:05 a.m. May 4 at Adams and Butte House roads, Tierra Buena, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and driving under the influence. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Fernando Porcayo Jr., 23, of the 1200 block of Melton Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:30 p.m. May 3 at his residence on warrants alleging possession and transport of methamphetamine. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Eric Lee Meyer, 44, of the 8800 block of Highway 20, Smartville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:21 p.m. May 3 at Smartville Road and O'Brien Street, south of Smartville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Joseph Hideo Hernandez, 38, of the 1700 block of North Beale Road, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:05 p.m. May 3 at his residence. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Roberto Ayala-Ortiz, 19, of the 300 block of McKeehan Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:50 p.m. May 3 at Laurel and North Gledhill avenues, West Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Luis Fernando Roca, 28, of Lincoln, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:22 a.m. May 4 on Nicolaus Avenue, Pleasant Grove. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jesus Castellanos-Becerra, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:05 a.m. May 4 on Cornelius Avenue east of Highway 70, East Nicolaus. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David Michael Bott, 41, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:40 a.m. May 4 on Garden Highway north of Riego Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
