FELONY ARRESTS

• James Patrick Peterson, 34, of the 300 block of Bird Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:45 p.m. July 25 at his residence on suspicion of conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David Allen Shawn Azevedo, 24, of the 1100 block of Kenny Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:35 p.m. July 25 at his residence on suspicion of burglary and conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Carl Shelton Bird, 26, of the 1200 block of Northgate Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:14 p.m. July 25 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Daler Lamkhanpal Singh, 33, of the 900 block of Eastcrest Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:15 p.m. July 25 at his residence on suspicion of spousal abuse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David Nathan Fairchild, 35, of the 900 block of Albatross Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 3:47 p.m. July 25 in the 600 block of 10th Street on suspicion of possession of a narcotic and committing a felony while on release. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jesse Lee Stafford, 32, of the 1400 block of Ramirez Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:16 p.m. July 25 at North Beale Road and Lindhurst Avenue on suspicion of possession of a narcotic. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Mary Lou Lubic, 23, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:03 a.m. July 26 on Pleasant Grove Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Christopher D. Duran, 38, of the 1200 block of Northgate Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:30 a.m. July 25. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Antonio Cepeda Ware, 45, of Roseville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:32 a.m. July 25 on Highway 99 at Kent Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Katrina Marie Hughes, 31, of the 1800 block of McGowan Parkway, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:40 a.m. July 25 in the 1600 block of Sleepy Drive. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.
