FELONY ARRESTS

• Wesley Rahe Jordan, 23, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:30 a.m. Aug. 2 at the Yuba Goldfields on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kenneth Edward Mutschler, 59, of the 2400 block of Archer Avenue, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:45 a.m. Aug. 3 on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Aaron Michael Thomas, 25, of the 1100 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:20 a.m. Aug. 3 at Walton Avenue and Highway 20, on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of narcotics, and the transportation and sale of narcotics. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Richard Neil Dedmon, 27, of the 1000 block of Hooper Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:34 a.m. Aug. 2 at Orange Street and Reeves Avenue on suspicion of threats to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Bradley Daniel Francis, 23, of Gridley, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 4:45 a.m. Aug. 2 in the 9200 block of California Street on suspicion of kidnapping, robbery and corporal injury to a spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Christina Leoah Allis, 25, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 1500 block of Poole Boulevard on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury and spousal abuse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Kevin James Mehall, 43, of Redlands, was arrested by the Department of Justice at 9:57 p.m. Aug. 2 in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue, Yuba City, on suspicion of a gaming violation. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Adam Wayne Tindall, 25, of Marysville, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:08 a.m. Aug. 1 at Feather River Boulevard and Grand Avenue, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Sergio Ocampo, 20, of Maxwell, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:40 a.m. Aug. 3 at South Walton Avenue and Walnut Avenue, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
