FELONY ARRESTS

• Anna Faye Huff, 46, of the 5800 block of Lindhurst Avenue, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:45 a.m. Aug. 10 at the Linda Wal-Mart on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Leslie Diane Clay, 41, of the 700 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 11 at her residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Martin Alexis Serrano, 29, of the 1300 block of Wescott Road, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 7:18 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 1300 block of Wescott Road on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, willful cruelty to a child, and making criminal threats. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Deanna Marie Wilbanks, 24, of the 1700 block of Highway 20, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 11:45 p.m. Aug. 9 at Third and Main streets on suspicion of inflicting willful harm on a child. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Michael Ray Stanley, 21, of the 700 block of Seventh Street, Arbuckle, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 3:23 a.m. Aug. 9 outside his residence on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Michael Moises Appleby, 31, of the 9700 block of Yuba Ranch Way, Oregon House, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:37 a.m. Aug. 10 on Marysville Road, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Pablo Morado-Mosqueda, 39, of the 200 block of B Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:35 p.m. Aug. 10 at the Yuba River east of Highway 70. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Raymond Carl Lincoln, 23, of the 800 block of Olive Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:44 a.m. Aug. 11 in the 10600 block of Highway 99. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Eugene Christopher Talley, 19, of the 500 block of Sioc Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 6:45 a.m. Aug. 9 on Sioc Street west of Fifth Street. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Christopher Martinez, 28, of Stockton, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 2:19 a.m. Aug. 9 on Seventh Street north of D Street. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
