FELONY ARRESTS

• Matthew Ellion Lewis, 27, of the 100 block of Percy Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 8:39 p.m. Aug. 13 at the 200 block of D Street, Marysville, on suspicion of robbery and petty theft. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Epifanio Tellez-Magana, 35, of the 1200 block of Pine Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 10:45 p.m. Aug. 13 at the 2000 block of Hammonton Road on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jacob Michael Roberts, 26, of the 1700 block of Gordon Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:10 a.m. Aug. 13 in Marysville, on suspicion of hit and run and driving under the influence with injury. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Telofaor Marin Sandoval, 35, of the 1700 block of 11th Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 13 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Joseph Serrano-Hernandez, 18, of the 1800 block of Calais Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8 a.m. Aug. 14 at his residence on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Daniel Sanchez, 27, of the 200 block of Elm Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of Colusa Avenue on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse and battery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Cecilia Anne Ingram, 40, of the 500 block of North Walton Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8 a.m. Aug. 13 at her residence on suspicion of criminal threats and obstructing and executive officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Robert Wayne Shaw, 44, of Oroville, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:07 a.m. Aug. 14 at Highway 99 and Paseo Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Gary Paul Delestine, 45, of the 1700 block of Northfield Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:25 p.m. Aug. 12 at Blevin Road and Queens Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
