Police Blotter: Aug. 25, 2008

FELONY ARRESTS

• Kathryn Barbara Rodriguez, 33, of the 1100 block of Rosewood Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:20 a.m. Aug. 23 at the 5700 block of Riverside Drive, Linda, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jose Berul Delcado Garcia, 25, of the 400 block of Olive Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10 p.m. Aug. 23 at the 700 block of Olive Street, on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Qayoumi Mashoq, 36, of the 1000 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 23 at his residence on suspicion of threats to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• William Brian Giesey, 32, of the 9800 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Live Oak substation on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jaswant Singh Bains, 33, of the 500 block of Main Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:55 a.m. Aug. 23 at the 1400 block of Colusa Highway on suspicion of grand theft auto and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Harold Gene Parish, 66, of Sacramento, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:40 p.m. Aug. 23 at Arboga Road and Laurel Avenue, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Emmanuel Arriaga, 23, of Woodland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:15 a.m. Aug. 24 at McGowan Parkway and Olivehurst Avenue, Olivehurst. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
