Police Blotter: Aug. 26, 2008

FELONY ARRESTS

• Noe Aron Carlon, 18, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:16 a.m Aug. 25 at Sam's Club, 900 N. Walton Ave., on suspicion of grand theft. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Gary Wayne Kincheloe, 43, of the 600 block of Sutter Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:05 p.m. Aug. 24 at Second and Fairman streets on suspicion of criminal threats. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Amy Francis Foster, 46, of the 1100 block of First Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 12:33 a.m. Aug. 24 on Highway 45 north of Harbison Road on suspicion of possessing narcotics. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Raymundo Mares Conchola, 53, of the 5900 block of Lowe Avenue, East Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 24 At Broadway Street and Feather River Boulevard, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• James Hayden Benson, 47, of the 1100 block of Lewis Oak Road, Gridley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:55 p.m. Aug. 24 at Highway 99 and Bogue Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Alejandro Lopez Sigala, 34, of the 200 block of Wilbur Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:40 p.m. Aug. 24 in the 1100 block of Pennington Road, Live Oak. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Nathan Michael Polit, 28, of the 2100 block of Lurline Avenue, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 2:38 a.m. Aug. 24 at Market and Second streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Jose Guadalupe Cervantes, 26, of the first block of Miguel Avenue, Arbuckle, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:35 a.m. Aug. 24 on Hall Avenue west of Fifth Avenue, Arbuckle. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Tony Mark Terrell, 43, of Roseville, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 5:46 p.m. Aug. 22 at Highway 20 and E Street. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
