FELONY ARRESTS

• Arnold Thomas Dieckmann, 27, of the 1300 block of Dustin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5 a.m. April 11 at his residence on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Fernando Munoz, 18, of the 300 block of Monterey Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Adriana Avalos Zavala, 24, of the 1000 block of Garden Highway, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:30 p.m. April 10 at George Washington Boulevard South of Oswald Road on suspicion of possessing false documentation, using false citizenship papers and giving false information to a police officer. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Emily Jann Bosen-Weaver, 27, of the 300 block of Woodridge Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:30 a.m. April 10 on the 800 block of Richard Road on suspicion of burglary with prior convictions. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Melinda Kay Cargile, 33, of the 1100 block of Casita Drive, Yuba City, and Eric Lane Jackson, 44, of the 1400 block of Hammonton Road, Linda, were arrested by NET-5 at her residence on April 10 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Todd Allen Cole Jr., 24, of the 1800 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. April 10 on Fifth and Pine Streets on suspicion of violating parole, possessing false identification and vandalism. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Stanley Preston Thompson, 55, of the 2900 block of Hillview Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:15 a.m. April 11 on Colusa Avenue West of Civic Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Toni Kiara Simpson, 19, of Oroville, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 1:26 a.m. April 11 at Highway 99 and Nevada Street. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Morales-Bautista Jr., 28, of the 1900 block of Raj Court, Yuba City, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 6:46 a.m. April 11 on Highway 99, North of Barry Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Carlos Marcus Bratton, 46, of the 1500 block of Heather Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:06 p.m. on Queens Avenue at Gray Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Richard Wayne Henry Jr., 31, of the 800 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7 p.m. April 10 on Cooper Avenue at Ellis Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
