FELONY ARRESTS

• Angela Lorraine Heizenrader, 26, of Oroville, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 9:15 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of Butte House Road on suspicion of conspiracy and burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Quita Sue Ryan, 40, of the 800 block of Kimball Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 2:57 p.m. Friday at her residence on suspicion of identity theft, receiving known stolen property credit card use forgery, forgery and burglary with priors. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Michelle Lynn French, 28, of the 5900 block of Garden Avenue, Olivehurst was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 2:20 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Reeves Avenue on suspicion of being an accessory. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Anthony Elton Love, 27, of the 1300 block of Hobart Drive, Marysville, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 12:45 p.m. Thursday on Hobart Drive on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, threatening criminal great bodily injury and false imprisonment. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Bee Xiong, 38, and Brenda Medina Xiong, 23, of the 1500 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, were arrested at 7:42 a.m. Friday at their residence on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. Brenda Xiong was also arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon not firearm or force causing great bodily injury. They were booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Robin Danielle Cobia, 45, of the 700 block of Chestnut Street, Yuba City, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 11:45 p.m. Thursday at 10th and H streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, transport or sale of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of concentrated cannabis. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• David Lee Rhodes, 28, of the 4400 block of Fleming Way, Olivehurst , was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 11:45 p.m. Friday in Yuba County on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jose Victor Gonzalez, 24, of Gridley, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 12:05 p.m. Thursday at Highway 99 and Juniper Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Clifford Evert Stoker, 41, of Gridley, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 1:07 a.m. Friday at Larkin Road and Date Street. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Sarah Eloise Browning, 53, of the 400 block of Bridge Street, Colusa, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 6:48 p.m. Thursday at Highway 99. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Tiffany Ann Sequeira, 32, of the 3200 block of Roosevelt Road, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 11:47 p. Friday at Highway 20 and Tharp Road. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Abraham Heriberto Cuevas-Galaviz, 39, of the 1200 block of Rosemary Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 11;50 P.M. Friday at Lincoln and Phillips roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Alberto Jimenez, 23, of Wheatland, was arrested by Wheatland Police Department at 10:50 p.m.. Friday in the 500 block of McDevitt Drive. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kris Elayne Kraus, 49, of the 600 block of 13th Street, Marysville, was arrested by Marysville Police Department at 2:10 a.m. Saturday at Ninth and D streets. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Amy Noel Williams, 22, of the 1200 block of Willow Creek Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by California Highway Patrol at 7:12 a.m. Friday at Loma Rica and Scott Grant roads. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Yuba City is considering using the former fire station No. 4 on Walton Avenue as a cold-weather shelter for homeless families. Is this a good idea?
