FELONY ARRESTS

• John Wayne Buckley Jr., 27, of the 1800 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:14 a.m. Sept. 10 at the department on suspicion of taking a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Hugo Hernandez-Garcia, 27, of the 300 block of Norman Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:46 p.m. Sept. 10 at Franklin Avenue and Plumas Street on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Miguel Angel Herrejon, 21, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 11 at F and 10th streets, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kristina Ann Dettamanti, 22, of the 5700 block of Twisted River Court, Linda, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:42 a.m. Sept. 11 in Marysville. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Richard Marvin Ogden, 53, of the 3700 block of Highway 20, Yuba County, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:11 p.m. Sept. 10 in Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Angel Zuniga-Perez, 35, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11 p.m. Sept. 10 on Colusa Avenue east of Highway 99, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Scott David Audrey, 43, of the 6300 block of Pleasant Grove Road, Pleasant Grove, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 10 on Pleasant Grove Road south of Sankey Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Surinder Singh Shergill, 57, of the 1500 block of Elden Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:09 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1000 block of Portola Valley Road, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
