FELONY ARRESTS

• Daniel Paul Garland Jr., 51, of the 2300 block of Hall Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 7:32 p.m. May 13 at his residence on suspicion of possession and transportation for sale of a controlled substance. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Vanissa Gutierrez, 20, of the 800 block of Bridge Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:15 a.m. May 14 at Cooper and Louise avenues on suspicion of illegal firearm possession. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jeffrey William Garcia, 45, of the 1100 block of South Gledhill Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at Wal-Mart, 1150 Harter Parkway, on suspicion of burglary with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• David James Elliott, 28, of the 700 block of Regent Loop, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:40 a.m. May 13 at the Sutter County Sheriff's Department on suspicion of harming or injuring a child. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Ryan James Campbell, 33, of Richmond, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5:50 p.m. May 13 at Highway 20 and Virginia Street, Colusa County, on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Elizabeth Lopez, 28, of the 700 block of Regent Loop, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5:01 p.m. May 14 in the 5800 block of Wildwood Drive on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jorge Marquez, 29, of the 1800 block of Park Circle, East Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:50 p.m. May 14 at his residence on suspicion of cruelty to a child. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Jason Randall Beers, 38, of the 5500 block of Ravine Court, Yuba County, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:56 a.m. May 14 at his residence on suspicion of corporal injury to spouse or cohabitant and false imprisonment. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Nelson Vinton Lethridge, 45, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:55 p.. May 14 at B and Hawthorne streets on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Chhayna Lee Roth, 24, of the 1100 block of Jodi Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 6:20 p.m May 14 at the department on suspicon of vehicle theft and receiving stolen property. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Lam Thai, 31, of Oakland, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:40 a.m. May 14 in Alameda County on suspicion of credit card fraud, grand theft and forgery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jarred Giles Beilke, 20, of the 1000 block of Marcum Road, Nicolaus, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:10 a.m. May 12 at Camp Far West. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Gayla Rae Adams, 46, of the 700 block of 11th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:32 p.m. May 13 at Marysville High School. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Timothy Patrick O'Keefe, 46, of the 1700 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road, Yuba County, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:19 p.m. May 14 at Feather River Boulevard and Arboga Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Neelam Sahota, 37, of the 1500 block of Alfred Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11 p.m May 14 at Joann and Alfred ways. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
