FELONY ARRESTS

• Lawrence Ray Powell, 20, of the Vinboy trailer park, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:55 p.m. May 26 at the park on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Ronald Adkins, 63, of the 3200 block of Jewett Avenue, Linda, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:20 a.m. May 26 at North Beale Road and Sutter Street, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• William Clay Skeen, 31, of Sutter, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 12:50 a.m. May 26 at Highway 65 and Dacy Road, Yuba County. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• NIcholas Ray Welch, 26, no address listed, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6 p.m. May 26 at Cherry Street and Gregory Drive, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jasen Dean Higgins, 26, of the 1000 block of Huston Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:40 p.m. May 26 at Railrad Avenue and Lincoln Road. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jennifer Danielle Sheaffer, 34, of Goleta, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5 p.m. May 25 at Colusa Regional Medical Center, 199 E. Webster St., Colusa. She was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Gregorio Garza Solorio, 36, of Inglewood, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:48 p.m. May 15 on northbound Interstate 5 south of the old Highway 99W underpass, Maxwell. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.

• Lisa Michelle Bialek, 31, of Redding, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:23 a.m. May 25 on old Highway 99W north of Haas Road, north of Williams. She was booked into Colusa Coun∫ty Jail.

• Ryan James Corey, 24, of Pinole, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 12:56 a.m. May 25 at the Big Boot Campground, Lodoga. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
