FELONY ARRESTS

• Tommy Lee Thompson, 54, of the 2200 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:30 p.m. May 31 in the 5900 block of Garden Avenue, West Linda, on suspicion of narcotics possession. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Leonid Stepanovich Tkachuk, 38, of North Highlands, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at noon May 31 in the 8100 block of Camp Far West Road on suspicion of illegally possessing an assault rifle. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Kiley Nicole Upton, 23, of the 1800 block of Fernwood Drive, Linda, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 4:05 a.m. May 31 at her residence on suspicion of obstructing a law enforcement officer. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Daniel Jeremy Atkins, 21, of the 3100 block of Live Oak Boulevard, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:20 a.m. June 1 in the 800 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and violating probation. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Clara Mary Pacheco, 24, of the 700 block of Rosalind Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11:15 a.m. May 31 at her residence on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Jody Samuel Vargas, 32, of the 1300 block of Dustin Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the CHP at 11:54 p.m. May 31 at North Beale and Hammonton-Smartville roads, Linda. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Tyler Martin Flores, 21, of the 1800 block of Ellis Lake Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2:25 p.m. May 31 at Ellis Lake Drive and 14th Street, Marysville. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Pedro Herrera, 51, of Davis, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:45 a.m. June 1 at Highway 99 and Riego Road, south Sutter County. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Antonio Villagomez, 34, of the first block of Morton Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:30 a.m. June 1 at Franklin and Ohleyer roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Steven Bert Dorsey, 37, of the 1600 block of Chelsea Place, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:46 a.m. May 31 at Sutter and Fairman streets. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
