FELONY ARRESTS

• Anthony Vicent Riolo, 44, of the 1100 block of Melton Drive, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 6:12 p.m. Aug. 25 at his residence on suspicion of criminal threats, spousal abuse and battery causing serious bodily injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jose Alejandro Chavez Gutierres, 19, of Sacramento, was arrested by the Wheatland Police Department at 3 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 500 block of McDevitt Drive on suspicion of possession of PCP precursors. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Richard Anthony Zafra Jr., 46, of Woodland, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 12:50 a.m. Aug. 26 at Highway 99 and Messick Road on suspicion of possession of PCP precursors and conspiracy. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Jesse Morton Perez, 24, and Assane Seck, 27, both of Sacramento, were arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:16 a.m. Aug. 25 at Sam's Club, 900 N. Walton Ave., on suspicion of grand theft. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• George Edward Scully, 54, of the 800 block of Frederick St., Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:06 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 1200 block of Stabler Lane. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Dionicio Martinez Turcin, 32, of the 700 block of Township Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 2:45 a.m. Aug. 25 at Pelican Place and Seagull Drive. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
