FELONY ARRESTS

• Joe Elouis Williams, 20, of the 1100 block of Nadean Drive, Marysville, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 7 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 1500 block of Hobart Drive on suspicion of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

• Justin Taylor Foster, 18, of Oroville, and Christopher Ross Bruce, 20, of Roseville, were arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 11 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 900 block of Gray Avenue on suspicion of possession of a narcotic and possession of a controlled substance. They were booked into Sutter County Jail.

• Marciano Macedo Angel, 38, of the 10200 block of Larkin Road, Live Oak, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 10:38 p.m. Sept. 6 in the 1200 block of Larkin Road on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS

• Gary Lee Whatley, 46, of the 3700 block of Rue Montaigne, Oregon House, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 6 at Highway 99 and Striplin Road, Yuba City. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
