FELONY ARRESTS
• Douglas William Howay, 30, of the 2000 block of Virginia Way, Olivehurst, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6 p.m. Sept. 12 at the department on suspicion of distribution or exhibition of lewd materials to a minor. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• David Martin Cane, 34, no current address, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 12:29 p.m. Sept. 12 at 10th Street and E Street on suspicion of selling marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale and possession of concentrated cannabis. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
• Samuel Hayden Schreckengost, 19, of the 400 block of Camilia Lane, Yuba City, was arrested by Sutter County Sheriff's Department at 9:35 a.m. Sept. 13 at the 1600 block of Daphany Lane on suspicion of resisting an officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• David Henry Hansen, 47, of the 600 block of Lincoln Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:03 p.m. Sept. 12 at Garden Highway and Lincoln Road on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Rodrigo Conrique Villalobos, 21, of the 900 block of Almond Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 12 at his residence on suspicion of resisting an officer. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Kenneth Wayne Stokes, 29, of the 200 block of Moore Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 9:43 p.m. Sept. 11 at the 2000 block of Drummond Drive on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and threatening a crime. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Miguel Angel Herrejon, 20 of the 700 block of Main Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:50 p.m. Sept. 11 at the police station on suspicion of being an accessory. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
• Tracy Alan Miller, 45, of Chico, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 8:35 p.m. Sept. 11 in the 700 block of Louise Avenue on suspicion of false imprisonment. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
