FELONY ARRESTS
James Earl Powell, 44, of the 500 block of 14th Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Colusa County Sheriff's Department at 12:35 p.m. Dec. 15 at 11th and Market streets, Colusa, on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Tessa Suzanne Dorsey, 24, of the 700 block of Evergreen Drive, Wheatland, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 5 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1900 block of Beverly Avenue, Olivehurst, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Stephen Eugene Gilbert Jr., 33, of the 2800 block of Hammonton-Smartville Road, was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 2 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 1600 block of North Beale Road, Linda, on suspicion of making criminal threats. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Guadalupe Ramirez Vargas, 52, of the 2200 block of El Central Boulevard, Nicolaus, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 7:07 p.m. Dec. 17 at Highway 99 and Howsley Road on suspicion of driving under the influence, causing injury. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Joe Henry Gutierrez, 43, of the 300 block of Page Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:45 p.m. Dec. 17 at Highway 20 and Southridge Boulevard on suspicion of petty theft with a prior conviction. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Justin Ray Atkinson, 26, of Rio Linda, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5:01 p.m. Dec. 17 outside Wal-Mart, 1450 Harter Road, on suspicion of carjacking. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE ARRESTS
Alfonso Contreras Torres, 47, of the 200 block of Ninth Street, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 10:47 p.m. Dec. 17 at Eighth and H streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Antonio Alvarez Reyna, 58, of the 1700 block of Third Street, Colusa, was arrested by the Colusa Police Department at 3:19 p.m. Dec. 16 at Sioc and Bridge streets. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Francisco Bernard Joven, 34, of the 700 block of Mallard Drive, Williams, was arrested by the Williams Police Department at 8:56 p.m. Dec. 15 at Cuppelo and Vasto drives. He was booked into Colusa County Jail.
Oneil Tavaris Bradford, 22, of the 1200 block of East 22nd Street, Marysville, was arrested by the Marysville Police Department at 5:44 a.m. Dec. 17 on Ramirez Street. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Mikhail Vycheslavovich, 25, of Antelope, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 8:03 a.m. Dec. 17 at South Beale Road and Highway 65. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
Ryan James Macdonald, 19, of the 1400 block of Coflin Court, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 12:40 a.m. Dec. 18 at Buchanan and Lincoln roads. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
Santiago Damian Rodriguez, 24, of the 600 block of Palm Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:50 a.m. at Highway 99 and Cutting Avenue. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
