Army National Guard E3 Tyler Brookins

Army National Guard E3 Tyler Brookins is the son of Dale and Debra Brookins of Yuba City and brother to Victoria Brookins of Yuba City. He is grandson to Ernest and Juanita Brookins of Yuba City and Lorraine Palmer of Yuba City and Dale & Artie Bolin of Penn Valley.
Brookins graduated from Yuba City High School in 2004 and graduated from Yuba College with an Associate of Arts degree in 2007. Brookins joined the Army National Guard in May, left for basic training in June and graduated in October at Fort Benning, Ga., earning an expert marksmanship medal.
Brookins serves the Guard as an Infantryman and he is stationed out of the Auburn National Guard Armory.He also works full time for the Department of Boating and Waterways.
