What brought you to the Mid-Valley area? My family came here from San Jose when I was in middle school. My parents wanted to move to a smaller city, with smaller school classrooms. In Biggs I graduated in a class of 30 to 40 students.

What do you like about the area? How it's smaller.

Where would you like to live someday? I want to live in a rural area.

What is the closest you've been to a famous person? Front row at a concert.

Where is your dream vacation? Paris.

Who has had a strong influence in your life? My parents — they are hardworking people. They told us that school is the way to go.

Tell us about a memorable experience: My quinceañera — it was beautiful.

Favorite places in the area? My house — it's on 10 acres.

What did you want to be when you were a kid? A nurse or a teacher, but it changed. I did volunteer nursing work, but I didn't like it. Teacher, no, because I'm not ready for children. I like business administration.

Favorite movie: "Despicable Me."

What do you like about yourself? I'm committed to what I want to be in life — finish college, get a job, wait for kids.
