Virginia May Davis, 92, of Palermo died Jan, 2, 2006, at a care home in Cody, Wyo.
Born in Ashton, Idaho, she was a former resident of Gridley.
She and her husband owned and operated a dairy farm in Durham for 22 years, then later owned an antique store in Ely, Nev., before moving to Palermo in 1966.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include a sister, Grace Robinson.
Services: A graveside service is at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Glen Oaks Memorial Park Cemetery, Hagen Lane and Midway, Chico. Arrangements are under the direction of Brusie Funeral Home in Chico.
