Letter: CHP earns praise for traffic efforts

I appreciate Sutter CHP placing the portable radar speed-sign for traffic on Acacia Avenue in Sutter. It was needed. Also, the extra effort to reduce speed on Butte House, Acacia, Perry and Walnut will save lives.
