What is the importance of faith in your life? My faith and Jesus is what brings me my peace, my joy and my confidence in every situation I encounter.

How do you live out your faith? I begin my morning with prayer and pray throughout the day. I pray even as I drive; I pray for the schools I pass by and when I hear sirens, for the firemen and policemen. I’m always in prayer. I try to show everyone God’s grace and mercy as he has shown me. When I see a homeless person, even if I can’t give them money, I smile and wave.

Faith in Action appears Saturdays. It features a member of a church, temple or mosque and the importance of their faith. To suggest someone to be featured, contact Faith & Family coordinator Larry Badger at 749-4776 or lbadger@ appealdemocrat.com.
