Letter: Gill deserves 2nd term on Yuba City council

We are so pleased that Kash Gill is running for a second time for the Yuba City City Council. We greatly appreciate his open mindedness, his fairness and his clear thinking.

Kash's broad range of community knowledge comes from firsthand exposure and experience — he didn't just "show up" and run for council. His first time on the board four years ago was not enough time to accomplish all projects he helped set in motion. Kash deserves the opportunity to keep Yuba City moving forward and continue his vision for the city's future. He has given thoughtful consideration to transportation, and the city's facility needs as well as many other issues that will help keep Yuba City a great place to live.

As a kind and decent man and a longtime resident of Yuba City, I know he will do his research as well as seek opinions before voting on issues.

We urge you to please take the time to vote and elect Gill to the council.
