Angelika Garcia of Yuba City and Jorge Corchado of Chowchilla plan to wed Oct. 5 in Yuba City.
The bride-to-be, daughter of Ana and Allen Garcia of Yuba City, is a 2001 graduate of Yuba City High School.
She received an associate’s degree in business administration from Yuba College in 2010 and has worked in the government and community relations department for Sutter Health since 2004.
Her fiancé is son of Odelva and Victorino Corchado of San Luis, Durango, Mexico.
He is a 1998 graduate of Chowchilla High School and has worked for Blue Shield of California since 2002.
Both are completing bachelor’s degrees from the University of Phoenix, she in business administration and he in information technology networking.
