Felony Arrests

Ashley Lynn Stresser, 31, of the 600 block of Sanborn Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 3:57 p.m. Jan 5 on Portola Valley at Kevin Drive on suspicion of cruelty to a child and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Kimberly Ann Marie West, 22, of the 500 block of Gray Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 p.m. Jan. 5 at the Dollar Tree on Bridge Street on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Paul Jo Glover, 53, of the 1400 block of Whyler Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 10:50 p.m. Jan. 5 at Harry's Liquor on Bridge Street on suspicion of possessing a controled substance. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Christopher Robert Allison, 28, of the 200 block of Anita Way, Yuba City, was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriffs Office at 1:05 a.m. Jan. 5 at his residence on suspicion of receiving stolen property. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Shane Anthony Daniel, 28, of the 500 block of Bird Street, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:45 a.m. Jan. 6 at his home on suspicion of robbery. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Jose David Arteaga Ronquillo, 18, homeless, of Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3:25 a.m. Jan. 6 in the 500 block of Colusa Highway on suspicion of burglary, possession of a forged note, forgery and making a fictitious check. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.
