Felony Arrests

Michael Patrick Alexander, 20, of the 500 block of Park Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 3 a.m. Jan. 26 at the police department headquarters on suspicion of murder, aggravated mayhem, torture, robbery and burglary. He was booked into Sutter County Jail without bail.

Alberta Manigo, 58, of the 1100 block of Lyttle Road, Yuba City, was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 7:15 p.m. Jan. 26 in the 1100 block of Harter Parkway on suspicion of burglary. She was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Kenneth James Jones, 31, of the 200 block of Clark Avenue, Yuba City, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 5 a.m. Jan. 26 at Feather River Boulevard and North Beale Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Casey Allan Walker, 20, of the 6200 block of Griffith Avenue, Olivehurst, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:30 a.m. Jan. 26 on Griffith Avenue. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
