Yuba City residents Shelby Galloway and Justin Rider were married June 29 at Gar Woods at North Lake Tahoe. Dan Holzer officiated.

A reception followed at the same site.

The bride, daughter of Gordan Galloway of Sutter and Marilyn and Em Sensney of Phoenix, Ariz., was attended by Amy Johnson of Yuba City as matron of honor.

Bridesmaids were Kari Whitaker of Sutter and Becky Sensney of Phoenix, Ariz.

Attendants also included Juliette Osterholt as flower girl and Shawn Rider as ring bearer. Both are residents of Yuba City.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Yuba City High School and received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento in 2006. She also earned her teaching credential from Chapman University in 2008.

The groom, son of Deborah Rider of Marysville and Charles Rider of Yuba City, was attended by Randy Johnson of Yuba City as best man.

Ushers were Jason Osterholt of Yuba City and Aaron Thornsberry of Sacramento.

The groom graduated from Marysville High School in 1996 and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix in 2004. He works as an accountant for Keller Williams Realty in Yuba City and Chico.

The couple honeymooned at Lake Tahoe.
