Felony Arrests

Jose Alfredo Comparan, 30, of Sacramento, was arrested by Yuba City Police Department at 9 p.m. Oct. 14 at Sacramento County Jail on suspicion of illegal entry. He was booked into Sutter County Jail.

Timothy James Conn, 32, homeless, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:16 p.m. Oct. 14 at Shad Road on suspicion of grand theft.

Robert Bernard Skiles, 56, of the 1700 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road, Linda, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 9:07 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 1700 block of Hammonton-Smartsville Road on suspicion of discharging a firearm. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Zachary William Littlejohn, 18, homeless, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 1:04 a.m. Oct. 14 at Shasta and Alpine ways on suspicion of burglary. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Glenna Norrene Sprague, 45, of the 5900 block of Riverside Drive, Olivehurst, was arrested by Yuba County Sheriff's Department at 6:55 p.m. Oct. 14 in the 700 block of Sycamore Avenue on suspicion of robbery, battery with serious bodily injury, possession of illegal weapons, and assault with a deadly weapon by means of force. She was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Driving Under the Influence arrests

Timothy John Meinar, 41, of Grass Valley, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 13 at Highway 65 and Forty Mile Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.

Cameron Michael Fulk, 31, of Citrus Heights, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:35 p.m. Oct. 13 at Highway 65 and Forty Mile Road. He was booked into Yuba County Jail.
